The room size is large, but there is a lot of dust in every corner, and as in the reviews, the sink is dirty. They change the towels automatically, but for one night, they were not changed due to the hotel's mistake, so I asked the reception but did not receive a separate towel. I made a reservation because Sydney accommodations are 1.5 times more expensive than usual during the festival period, but if I go back, I think I will pay more and book a different accommodation.

Good location.
Can store the luggage before check in and after check out which was very convenient.
Staff were helpful. Gave the room which was not cleaned. Changed to another room which was great, although toilet paper was not flushed and kettle was rusty. Staff changed a new kettle for us.

1. Seldom see a staff staying at the reception, every time needs to call them loudly and they would show up.
2. Could hear sounds outside and from the other rooms and air con, can’t sleep well
3. Location good
4. Things inside the room are so old and not very clean
5. Interesting to say, I request the cleaning staff not to make my bed since there are some personal belongings on it, they told me there is only yes or not ( clean or not clean), cannot make any special request.
